While it runs

Open the paper and press Live. Everything here updates as it happens.

• The numbers — how many are in the room, how many have handed in, how many need a look, and the time left.
• Everyone / Need a look / Working — narrow the room down, and search for one student by name.
• The cards — each student’s state, which question they are on, and a progress bar. Ten show at a time; press Show the other… for the rest.
• Flags — a switch. On, flagged students show a count and a board lists who. Students never see this.

Click any student for the four things you can do mid-exam:

• +5 min — five more minutes for them alone.
• Let back in — copies a link that puts them back in their own paper, with every answer where they left it. Good for 15 minutes.
• Hand in now — hands their paper in for them.
• Let them retake — keeps this paper as a record and gives them a fresh one.

Room chat sits below: anything you post there is visible to everyone sitting the paper, and you can hand out a file from your library.

When the lesson is over, press End session. Anyone still writing has their paper handed in.
